In the news... Breakfast at the B&B

We were excited to be included in a recent article "Breakfast at the B&B" featured in the February 9th "Flavors" section of the Union Leader (Manchester, NH). Along with the Hancock Inn in Hancock, the Trumball House B&B in Hanover, the Stephen Clay B&B in Candia, and the Sunapee View B&B in Newbury we were asked to share a recipe.  Deciding which recipe to submit was not all that easy, but since I had recently made our Summer Vegetable Strata, including a very well-received modification for gluten-free, it seemed like a good choice.  Read the article and the recipe here
