eBird for New Hampshire Birders

We just learned that the birding resource eBird recently teamed up with New Hampshire Audubon and New Hampshire Bird Records to launch New Hampshire eBird (www.ebird.org/nh). The website is a free, user-friendly way for birders to record, archive, and share their observations on-line and the new NH-site is specifically tailored to the Granite State. The website not only includes interactive maps and lists and provides a personal records-keeping system for birders to use, but it also serves as resource for scientists doing research in the areas of conservation and ecology. Even if you are not a birder, the website is worth a glance... especially the New Hampshire eBird Rarities Pool photos. Very cool!
